Addus Homecare - - Responsibilities:
Providing hands-on personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, changing bed linen, assisting with dressing and undressing, skin care and prevention of skin breakdown, toileting assistance, keeping living area clean and orderly;
Taking and recording vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, pulse oximetry;

Assisting patients in self-administration of medication;
Reporting patient condition and significant changes to nurse or case manager
