The Greens at Erwin is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team on a PRN basis for Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Supportive, team-focused work environment
As an LPN or RN, you'll play an important role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.
Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and resident assessments
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and charting
Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Follow established clinical, safety, and infection control standards
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
Active Tennessee LPN or RN license in good standing
Current CPR certification preferred
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and committed to providing excellent resident care
