Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – responsible for providing direct resident care under nursing supervision at our rehab & wellness center.

Perform direct resident care duties under licensed nursing personnel supervision.

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of practice and resident care plan.
• Change bed linens and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, and food consumption.
• Routinely turn and position residents as needed.
• Recognize and support resident rights and choices.
• Maintain established housekeeping standards within assigned duty areas.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist with resident needs.
• Assist in the orientation and training of other staff.
• Complete other special projects and duties as assigned.

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification in the state where the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed nursing staff direction.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
• Independent worker with flexibility, personal integrity, and effectiveness with stakeholders and vendors.
