Decatur Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our night-shift care team in Decatur, Tennessee. This role involves directing CNAs, participating in admissions/discharges, and administering medications per physician orders.
You will also initiate and update care plans, report changes to the nurse supervisor, and perform other duties as assigned while maintaining PHI confidentiality. A TN LPN license and CPR/BLS certification are required.
