Private Duty LPN

Role:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct patient care in home settings, under supervision of a Registered Nurse or supervisor.

• Deliver high-quality clinical services within legal scope and plan of care, ensuring infection control adherence.
• Thoroughly document patient visits in electronic medical records and electronic visit verification systems.
• Participate in care coordination by reporting patient needs, attending case conferences, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Adapt to diverse home environments regardless of patient demographics.

• Current, unrestricted LPN licensure in the practice state.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
• Preferred: CPR certification, flexibility, multitasking ability, independence, strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Hourly pay ranges from $22.90 to $34.35, with comprehensive benefits, incentives, and other perks based on eligibility.
