Location: Monterey
Standing Stone Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a seasoned RN to deliver direct nursing care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate resident care plans in a 98-bed facility with both short-term and long-term care programs.
You will be responsible for medication administration, ADLs support, documentation, and ensuring safety and quality across the care team. Prior supervisory experience and familiarity with EHR systems are preferred.
