Decatur Wellness & Rehab is seeking a compassionate, reliable RN Weekend Supervisor to join our care team. If you're looking for a rewarding role in a team-driven environment, we want to meet you!

As a RN Weekend Supervisor at Decatur Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.

• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.

• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee

• Current CPR/BLS Certification
