We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Charter Senior Living of Paris. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our seniors, promoting their overall health and well-being, and enhancing their quality of life.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Director, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Conduct routine checks on residents' condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the RN or Medical Director
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in resident care
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Tennessee
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
