Position: LPN – Night Shift

Schedule:

3/4 12-Hour Night Shift Rotation | EVO Weekend;
Shift Diff

• Providing direct patient care and monitoring health status
• Administering medications according to established standards and procedures
• Performing nursing assessments and responding to changes in condition
• Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly

• Communicating with providers and other members of the healthcare team
