Louisville Gardens – Louisville, OH Full-Time Nurse - 6 PM–6 AM - Memory Care/Dementia Unit
Louisville Gardens, located in Louisville, OH, is seeking a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN to join our Memory Care/Dementia Unit on night shift.
We are Great Place to Work Certified and looking for a nurse who is passionate about providing quality care and being part of a supportive team.
What We’re Looking For:- Current Ohio RN or LPN license
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Memory Care/Dementia experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Provide direct nursing care to Memory Care/Dementia residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team
- Supervise and support CNAs
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and resident-focused environment
