The right Registered Nurse (RN) is confident giving vaccines, communicates clearly, documents accurately, and can flex to clinic scheduling needs. If you’ve worked as avaccine clinic nurse,immunization nurse,public health nurse, or Registered Nurse (RN) with strong patient service skills, this is a great opportunity.

• Administer vaccines (Flu, COVID, MMR, etc.) and follow immunization protocols
• Complete patient screening, obtain relevant history, and provide vaccine education
• Deliver professional, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced retail environment
• Document immunizations accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards
• Support store/pharmacy operations during downtime (patient outreach, co‑administration encouragement)

• Active, full, unrestricted
  
  Tennessee RN license(required)
• High school diploma/GED (required)
• Onsite, patient‑facing availability (required)
• Comfortable with inbound patient flow and high‑volume clinic environments (required)
• Not on excluded parties lists (required)
• BLS
  - Current, active, no lapse during assignment without renewal plan MM/YY
• Prior vaccine administration / immunizing experience (preferred)
• Community health/retail clinic experience (preferred)
