Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated healthcare team at Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dresden, Tennessee
. As a Full-Time CNA, you will be part of our dynamic day shift team, providing exceptional resident care and support. - Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and family members
- Follow care plans and facility policies
Schedule:
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Full-Time Position
- Every Other Weekend Rotation Required

Qualifications:
- Current and active Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, healthcare, or senior care preferred
- Compassion for elderly and geriatric residents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance and dependability
- Ability to work assigned shifts and every other weekend
- Team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality patient care
