What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll help keep the front of the hospital running smoothly while providing the warm, professional service our clients deserve.
- Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and compassionately
- Schedule appointments and help manage the clinic's calendar
- Respond to client questions and provide information about hospital services
- Communicate effectively between clients, veterinarians, and other team members
- Process payments and billing transactions accurately
- Maintain and update client and patient records
- Assist with administrative responsibilities, including filing and data entry
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Help maintain an efficient daily workflow
- Support teammates and jump in wherever needed to create a positive client experience
