Theideal Landscape Technicianwillbeequal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator.

This position exists to provide guest experience by providing a pleasing outdoor space through proper horticultural practices.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be abletodisplay and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Landscapes tasks such as watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and pruning
• Assists others with tasks pertaining to color impact and positive guest experiences through proper horticultural practices
• Cleaning andmaintainingflower beds,planters and irrigation systems
• Assisting with special landscaping projects and property beautification
• Operating landscaping equipment such trimmers,blower sand hedge clippers
• Inspecting plants for pests or disease,reporting and/or treating issues as required

Education and Experience Required

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• At least 1 year of work experience that demonstrates successful execution of similar duties and responsibilities
• Ability to safelyoperatecompany vehicles according to company policy. Must havevaliddriver’s license, proof of auto liability insurance and acceptable motor vehicle driving record
