Associate Veterinarian (DVM) | Rowland Veterinary Services | Eastern Tennessee Four-Day Work Week | No Weekends, On-Call, or Emergency Hours
Rowland Veterinary Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our established mixed animal veterinary practice in New Tazewell, Tennessee.
This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine, building strong client relationships, and working alongside an experienced, collaborative team. What You'll Be Doing- Deliver compassionate, client-focused medical and surgical care
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in companion animals
- Collaborate with fellow veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care
- Participate in case discussions and ongoing professional development
- Build trusted client relationships through education and communication
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold hospital standards of care
- Support wellness, preventive care, and long-term patient health
- 4 day schedule
- No weekends
- No on-call responsibilities
- No after-hours emergencies

- Up to $135,000 Base Salary (varies based on qualifications/experience)
