Rowland Veterinary Services is seeking a Co-Medical Director to join our collaborative, multi-doctor veterinary team in beautiful Eastern Tennessee. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys mentorship, leadership, and practicing high-quality medicine while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance.

We’re looking for a personable and motivated DVM with 3+ years of clinical experience who is passionate about patient care, team development, and helping shape the future of a thriving community-focused practice.

As Co-Medical Director, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Provide clinical leadership while maintaining an active caseload
• Mentor and support fellow veterinarians and support staff
• Collaborate on medical protocols, patient care standards, and hospital initiatives
• Promote a culture of teamwork, learning, and accountability
• Help drive hospital growth while preserving the compassionate care our clients value
• Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on veterinary medicine

• No on-call responsibilities
• No after-hours emergencies

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Tennessee
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical veterinary experience

• Up to $155,000 Base Salary (varies based on qualifications/experience)
• Monthly Medical Director stipend
• Quarterly production bonus with no negative accrual.
