Quality Manager

, they are seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Quality Manager to lead this high‑visibility, enterprise‑wide initiative.

As Quality Manager, you will be the driving force behind the company’s Quality Management System—owning strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.

Lead ISO 9001 implementation from design through certification, ensuring readiness and long‑term compliance.

Establish and standardize quality systems across all sites, including procedures, documentation, inspections, testing, corrective actions, and reporting.

Partner with Plant Managers, Production, Engineering, Customer Service, and Finance to embed quality into daily operations.

Conduct and lead internal audits, supplier audits, and customer quality reviews; drive timely resolution of nonconformances.

Implement and champion data‑driven quality tools such as SPC, process capability, and root‑cause analysis to reduce variation and improve consistency.

Own PPAP, FAI, CPK, and customer‑specific quality documentation as required.

Develop, mentor, and elevate quality teams—creating alignment and consistency across locations.

Serve as the primary customer contact for quality issues, complaint resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with the CFO to ensure robust document control and compliance record management.

Provide regular, executive‑level reporting to the VP and CEO on quality metrics, system performance, and improvement projects.

Collaborate with Engineering on drawing reviews, feasibility assessments, and process capability studies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; metal forming, stamping, or fabrication strongly preferred
• Proven success leading ISO 9001 implementation and maintaining certification
• Strong command of quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC, Gage R&R, root‑cause analysis)
• Ability to influence and lead across multiple sites without direct authority
• Comfort working with quality management systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to U.S. manufacturing facilities
• Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder.
