We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to help ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards, every time.

  • Catching Issues & Driving Solutions – Document and flag problems, and help drive corrective and preventive actions as part of the root cause process.
  • Working Across the Team – Collaborate closely with engineering and production to solve issues quickly, and serve as the go‑to for customer‑related quality matters.
  • Tracking Performance and Improving It – Enter and analyze data, monitor trends, and assist in establishing baseline quality metrics.
  • Holding the Standard (and Raising It) – Support training, onboard new team members, and set the tone for what “Winston quality” looks like on the floor.

  • 3–5 years of quality inspection experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, including GD&T.
  • Strong working knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
  • Comfort working with data and using it to drive decisions.
  • Confidence to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with CMM, laser measurement, or AutoCAD is a plus.

We value each contribution, focus on growth, and pride ourselves on a culture built around people and continuous improvement. We open the door to fresh ideas and celebrate our successes together.

The Details
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a positive, team‑first attitude.
