Quality Control Technician

Our client, a manufacturing organization dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented  
** Quality Control Technician
** to join their team.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range: $21.00 - $22.75*
* ** Shift:
** 2nd shift (6:00pm - 2:30am) Monday to Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform line and dock audits to verify quality standards are maintained

+ Build up and check parts daily to ensure accuracy and quality

+ Collect samples and data to assist in problem solving and process improvements

+ Issue quality alerts and rework instructions with required signatures

+ Communicate any issues or unsafe conditions to the Quality Engineer and Operations team

** What's Needed?*
* + Work experience in quality control or related field, automotive preferably but not required

+ Willingness to cross-train and learn new skills

+ Ability to work the designated shift and overtime as required

+ Strong organization skills and attention to detail

+ Effective decision-making skills and a positive attitude

+ Visual inspection, ability to conduct repetitive hand gripping, reaching with hands and arms
