Quality Manager; 2nd or 3rd Shift

Our client, a growing food manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Manager to lead food safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory compliance programs within a high-volume production facility across the 2nd and/or 3rd shift. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure products are manufactured safely and consistently.

• Provide oversight of food safety, quality, and sanitation programs
• Lead investigations including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
• Support audit readiness and participate in audits
• Analyze quality data and identify trends and risks
• Lead and develop quality team members to build accountability and technical capability
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen quality culture

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or science-related field
• 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing quality or food safety
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and FDA regulations
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action programs
• Continuous improvement experience or certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Prior leadership experience preferred as a supervisor or manager
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
