In this role, you will help drive quality assurance activities by reviewing product and warranty data, tracking performance trends, supporting corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate technical issues, monitor product performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

How you'll make an impactReview purchase orders and specifications to verify quality requirements are met.
Support warranty and quality system activities through data management and reporting.
Analyze internal and customer quality data to assess product conformance.
Assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance programs.
Investigate technical issues and support warranty evaluations and tracking activities.
Monitor corrective actions and help drive resolution of quality concerns.
Participate in product and process audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Maintain warranty documentation and records with a high level of accuracy.
Your Background10+ years of experience in bushing and components manufacturing.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering instructions.
Experience using precision measurement and inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Experience with transformer systems, power products, or customer-facing quality support is preferred.
