Join us to raise the bar on quality. We build to exacting customer standards. As our Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll champion our QMS on the shop floor and with customers—verifying product, guiding operators, and driving corrective action when something isn’t right.
Impact you will make- Own dimensional verifications, first-article and last-piece approvals, and required system audits.
- Enable accurate measurement on the floor by coaching correct instrument usage.
- Ensure inspection instructions are followed at each operation.
- Help architect and launch new quality system elements.
- Conduct focused studies to understand and improve quality performance.
- Partner with customers on-site to resolve issues using structured problem solving.
- Deliver concise reports that translate data into decisions for customers.
- Feed dimensional insights back to toolroom, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Keep work areas clean, orderly, and audit-ready.
- Train Quality and Operations teams on standards, processes, and customer-required practices.
- Support Quality leadership with time/attendance tasks and routine reporting.
- Contribute to smooth new product launches within the plant.
- Take on additional assignments as business priorities evolve.
- Show up reliably and work the hours necessary to deliver.
- Stay organized and efficient in your personal workspace.
- Share timely, accurate updates with colleagues and leaders.
- Communicate clearly to build teamwork and momentum.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, including ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and safety requirements.

- Model our E&E values daily.
- Manufacturing environment with presses and moving equipment; moderate noise. Hearing protection is required.
- Stand and walk for portions of the shift; sit as needed.
- Lift and handle items up to 35 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED (required);
Associate degree preferred. - 5+ years in automotive manufacturing.
- 5+ years in Quality.
- 5+ years with metal stamping and welding operations.
- MS Office, Plex, and related industry systems.
- Professional interactions with teammates and customers.
- Comfort reading safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedures.
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, and scheduled instructions.
- Arithmetic and basic algebra; strong shop math and geometry.
- Detail-driven, organized, and deadline-focused while multitasking.
- Resourceful problem solver amid limited standardization.
- Blueprint reading with GD&T proficiency.
