Job Description
Production Associate / Quality Inspector
Vonore, TN
Weekly Pay | Immediate Openings | No Orientation Required Earn Up to $17.75–$18.25 Per Hour* Pay
Shift Schedule
Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:45 PM
Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:45 AM
- Perform visual inspections of manufactured parts and components
- Identify defects and products that do not meet quality standards
- Sort and separate acceptable and non-conforming parts
- Follow established inspection procedures and work instructions
- Maintain accurate counts and documentation as required
- Report quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
- Perform additional quality inspection or sorting duties as assigned

- Weekly Pay
- Earn up to$18.25/hour
- $50 Weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive inspection and sorting tasks
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable transportation to the Vonore, TN area
- Ability to meet established quality and productivity expectations
- Must meet required pre-employment and onboarding requirements
Experience: Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required
