About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Consultant to join their team in East London . This role is dedicated to assisting clients in finding and purchasing their ideal homes within the Eastern Cape region. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial client contact, understanding their needs, arranging property viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding them through to successful closing.

This is a client-facing, field-based position requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for real estate. You will work closely with a supportive brokerage to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences in the vibrant East London market.

• Generate leads through various sales channels and follow up diligently with potential buyers.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information on listings to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate sales agreements and ensure all parties are informed throughout the transaction process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market trends and property inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.

• Proven experience in sales, with a preference for real estate sales experience.
• Valid real estate agent or salesperson license.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the East London property market is advantageous.
