Concessions Staff - Concert

** Please note you are required to complete a Credential prior to working, or you will not be able to work. We will provide the email on your Bluecrew profile for the credential, its due before NOON on August 10th.

Job assignment will be given upon arrival. Assignments may include, but are not limited to:

• Cashiering
• Food Runner
• Concession Assembler

Duties may include, but not limited to:

• Customer interaction
• Operating a Point of Sale machine (register)
• Taking & entering customer orders
• Preparing customer orders
• Preparing basic concession food items
• General maintenance and cleanliness of work area
• Other duties to be given as assigned

If Serving Alcohol, in compliance with TABC, you will , Open every can sold, and max of 2 drinks per person to be sold at a time.

General responsibilities when working a Concession / Stand job assignment can include:

• Greet customers and take orders using a point of sale system
• Prepare food and drink orders
• Serve food and drink items to customers
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service
• Help with event setup and tear down
• Maintain clean and organized workstation
• Keep stand well stocked with food and drink products
• Other duties as assigned
