Weareseekinga polished, hospitality-driven food server to create exceptional member experiences.

The food server will play a vital role by providing attentive,personalized and professional serviceto club members and their guests.

This role requiresa high levelof poise, product knowledge, anticipation ofguest’sneedsand the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, luxuryhospitality environment.

• Proven execution as aFood Serverinupscaledining, luxury hospitality, or a private club/resort environment

• Strong knowledge offood, wine,coffeeand beverage service

• Professional appearance and polished communication skills

• Professional demeanor and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-performance setting

• Strong senseof urgency

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

• Availability to work a non-traditional schedule of operations supporting a member-driven environment

• Workingexpertisein health and safety guidelines

• Ensure proper dining room setup, cleanliness, and organization always

• Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine selections, and seasonal offerings

• Engage members professionally whilemaintainingdiscretion and club-level etiquette

• Actively listen,anticipate,understand and respond to member & guest needs

• Present menus with a detailed knowledge ofour food & beverage offerings

• Accurately take andenter orders using the POS system

• Serve food and beverages with attention todetail,presentation,and timing

• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar,hostand management teams to ensure seamless service

• Uphold club standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality

• Assistwithspecial events, private gatherings, and race-day hospitality service

• Adhere to all sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control laws and policies

• Perform all other job-related duties as assigned by the manager

• Ability to balance personality with professionalism

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences with a member-first approach

• Works well under pressure and supports team success

• Appreciation for motorsports or luxury lifestyle environments

• Experience in private membership clubs (a plus)

• Wine or beverage certifications (a plus)
