Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
Drive store performance through effective management and hands-on leadership
Train, mentor, and develop team members
Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:2+ years of customer service experience(Required)
2+ years of sales experience(Required)
1+ year of management experience(Preferred)
ValidDriver’s Licenseandreliable transportation
Ability to work retail hours:
Monday–Saturday: 9 AM–8 PM
Sunday: 12 PM–5 PM(hours subject to change)
Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and achievement-driven
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
