Manage the Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, and Dairy, Frozen Food, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using specified ordering guides;
Train assigned associates in proper presentation, freshness, and pricing standards for perishable areas;
Assist in scheduling coverage and monitor performance of associates;
Record inventory levels and ensure sanitation standards are followed in Perishable departments.
