This is a full-time, field-based role with Retail Odyssey, a division of Advantage Solutions, operating within grocery stores across the nationwide Kroger family of brands. In this position, you will perform the crucial task of capturing and storing essential data using smartphone technology. Your diligent and accurate data collection directly empowers clients to achieve their business objectives and make informed decisions.

• Data Collection:
  Accurately capture and store essential retail data within various grocery stores, utilizing cutting-edge smartphone technology. This involves gathering specific information required by clients to support their analytical needs and strategic planning.
• Technology Utilization:
  Operate smartphone technology and various applications to perform data entry and management tasks efficiently. The role requires quick adaptation to new tools and software updates to maintain data integrity.
• Field Operations:
  Work independently within diverse grocery store environments across the nationwide Kroger family of brands. Navigate store layouts and interact respectfully with store personnel while conducting data collection activities.
• Travel and Logistics:
  Manage travel requirements by visiting multiple store locations each week, ensuring timely completion of assigned data collection tasks. Requires reliable transportation and adherence to scheduled store visits.
• Physical Engagement:
  Engage in physical aspects of the role including regular moving, bending, standing, squatting to access products and displays. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

• Background:
  Open to individuals who are 18 years or older. Successful candidates will be diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to accurate data collection. Foundational commitment to precision is required.
• Experience:
  
  No specific years of prior experience required. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Comfort with smartphone technology and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools is essential.
• Skills:
  
  Keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, proficiency in operating smartphone technology and mobile applications. Physical stamina to perform repetitive movements and lift up to 50 lbs in a retail environment.
