Location: Maynardville
Essential Job Functions:
* Provide and promote efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
* Answer telephone and handle questions that do not require a pharmacist's expertise or judgment.
* Receive written prescriptions or telephone refill requests.
* Gather information needed to prepare prescriptions.
* Record information needed before prescriptions can be dispensed.
* Store written prescriptions forms after prescriptions are dispensed.
* Enter data into computer.
* Stock over the counter products.
* Place completed prescriptions in pick-up area.
* Assist in preparing insurance claims and verify payments.
* Help customers find over-the-counter products.
* Maintain a clean department and work area.
* Assist in maintaining and stocking pharmacy department supplies.
* Additional job duties may be assigned as needed.
* Operate cash register.
