Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Do you enjoy shopping? Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and choose just the right items— from apples to cereal—every day. This position is extremely fast paced and involves spending time in all departments to fulfill customers’ online orders.

Order fillers and delivery associates also dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. You may also be asked to help in‑store customers while shopping for online customers.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
