Your mission:
As a Store Manager, your goal will be to increase store sales by improving processes, reducing waste, and managing costs carefully. Specifically, you will:

• Create a positive shopping experience and retain customers through attentive and personalized service
• Motivate, train, and coordinate the staff, fostering the professional growth of each team member
• Monitor the cash and analyze the store's performance, comparing with your District Manager to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives
• Ensure the correct application of visual merchandising guidelines, in order to keep the store's image in line with the brand's identity
• Manage and optimize the warehouse organization
