The Challenge

We are looking for a Store Manager with energy, vision, and leadership to drive the management and growth of our store in Cordovilla and be part of this new stage of expansion.

You will direct teams, optimize results, and contribute to the success of a store with a million-dollar volume of business, within a dynamic, international, and constantly transforming environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team.
• Maximize sales and profitability with innovative commercial strategies.
• Ensure operational standards, regulatory compliance, and excellence in service.
• Be a reference of company culture, promoting continuous improvement and team commitment.
• Analyze and manage key performance indicators to ensure sustainable growth.

What We Are Looking For

• Solid experience of at least 4 years demonstrable in retail store management in a dynamic high-demand environment.
• Proven leadership skills of teams of at least 50 people and passion for talent development.
• Experience and management of high-volume stores with high turnover with areas larger than 1,000 m².
• Analytical capacity, implementation of improvements, and deep knowledge of market trends and fashion.
• Resilience, proactivity, and motivation to take on challenges in an expanding and high-demand environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A good level of spoken and written English will be positively valued.
