Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) – EZCORP, 2601 Sam Houston, Huntsville, Texas 77340

Drive customer service excellence, supervise the team, manage pawn transactions, and develop leadership skills in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
• Promote sales, negotiate terms, and close pawn transactions.
• Process loans, extensions, and inventory adjustments.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise, coach, and develop store Team Members.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer‑focus skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented with strong time‑management and prioritization.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background, bilingual, or other relevant experience is a plus.
