This role is the ultimate blend of creative merchandising, strategic sales leadership, and next‑level guest service
. You’ll lead dynamic teams, drive revenue, and help create a vibrant, guest‑first environment where fun is always part of the job description.

Run the day‑to‑day magic of our retail store—keeping it efficient, guest‑friendly, and visually irresistible.

Manage inventory like a pro: receiving, stocking, shrink prevention, and accuracy.

Partner with the Director of Operations to design and execute eye‑catching merchandising strategies that align with brand standards and seasonal flair.

Dive into sales trends and guest feedback to fine‑tune product placement and inventory mix.

Set bold revenue goals, manage the retail budget, and share performance wins through reporting.

Recruit, train, schedule, and coach retail associates—building a confident, high‑performing team.

Inspire your team to drive sales through engaging training, smart upselling, and strategic product placement.

Collaborate on in‑store promotions, special events, and cross‑department experiences that boost excitement and revenue.

Spot opportunities to increase profitability while keeping operations smooth and efficient.

3–5 years of experience in retail management, hospitality, or guest services (bonus points for multi‑functional roles).

Strong background in merchandising, inventory management, and sales‑driving strategies.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Comfortable with POS systems, inventory software, and basic financial reporting.

Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating standout guest experiences.

Valid Driver’s License.
