Family Dollar -  - Responsibilities:
Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities;
Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns;
Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas;
Perform opening and closing procedures;
Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and payroll scheduling;
Maintain store areas to company standards and protect assets;
Supervise, train, and develop store associates;
Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store;
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
Support Store Manager and foster a positive, safe work environment
