Assist Store Manager in managing the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and bakery products;
Assist in inventory management, cash accountability, and adherence to security practices;
Train associates in proper stocking, presentation, safety and sanitation procedures for perishable items;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences;
Maintain customer relationships and ensure responsive service in the perishable departments.
