Manage Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, Dairy, Frozen Food, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using order guides and sales history;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of perishable products;
Assist in scheduling coverage and monitor performance to ensure operational standards;
Record inventory levels and ensure sanitation and adherence to food handling regulations.
