Game Stop - 1136 North Gateway Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs; inform guests about promotions and the trade-in program; recommend additional items; apply selling behaviors during transactions; express gratitude to guests.;
Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, and nurture guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale system.;
Promote Game Stop’s guest benefits and loyalty programs.;
Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals in the POS system; complete closeout paperwork and bank deposits as required.
