Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly while promoting store sales initiatives;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Assist the Store Manager with scheduling, training, and ensuring policy compliance across store operations;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately with the POS system and manage daily banking and paperwork;
Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, merchandised, and that Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled daily
