Harps Food Stores - 790 Everett Street - Responsibilities:
Oversee bakery/deli department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, and department cleanliness;
Support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, and returns;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, displays, and signage;
Assist with fresh food preparation and production while upholding food safety standards;
Demonstrate customer service and teamwork aligned with Harps’ SMILE program
