O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy and that customer service programs are executed;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and other orders, and communicate shipments to customers as needed;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced and returns processed accurately and in accordance with procedures
