O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Oversee showroom customer service and ensure adherence to service programs;
Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders and contact customers upon shipment;
Handle special orders, outside purchases, and returns with accurate refunds;
Perform store opening/closing duties, end-of-day procedures, deposits, and security checks
