Supervisor, Retail, Retail & Store Manager

As a Supervisor at NIKE in Beaverton, you'll lead a team of athletes on the sales floor to deliver exceptional service and embody Nike's culture of sport, innovation, and inclusion. You will oversee daily operations, including scheduling, task assignment, and adherence to store standards. You'll drive sales by monitoring KPIs, elevating merchandising, and optimizing product storytelling. Partnering closely with store management, you'll coach and develop team members, resolve customer issues, and ensure a premium, energetic retail experience for every athlete who walks in the door.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates to deliver premium customer service and brand-right experiences.
• Oversee daily floor operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and task assignments to ensure optimal floor coverage.
• Maintain merchandising standards, product presentation, and in-store storytelling aligned with Nike brand guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, support stockroom organization, and assist with cycle counts and loss prevention efforts.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to protect brand loyalty.
• Partner with store management on training, feedback, and performance discussions.
• Support execution of campaigns, product launches, and in-store events.
• Champion Nike's culture of inclusion, innovation, and active lifestyle on the sales floor.
