Retail Associate

NIKE is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver premium in-store experiences in our Beaverton, OR location. In this role, you'll bring Nike's culture of sport, innovation, and diversity to life by providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and showcasing deep product knowledge in athletic footwear, apparel, and equipment. You'll operate POS systems, handle cash and digital payments, support inventory and visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

As part of a collaborative, high-energy team, you'll help athletes of all levels find the right products while growing your retail skills and career within a global brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, athlete-focused customer service on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Use POS systems to process transactions accurately and handle cash and digital payments.
• Maintain product displays and visual merchandising to Nike brand standards.
• Support inventory processes, including restocking, labeling, and loss prevention basics.
• Stay current on Nike products, technologies, and promotions to educate customers.
• Assist with fitting footwear and apparel, ensuring proper size and performance needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store sales and service goals.
• Support omnichannel services such as online order pickup and returns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and back-of-house.
• Represent Nike's culture of sport, innovation, and inclusivity in every customer interaction.
