• Deliver exceptional in-store service, greeting customers and understanding their sport and lifestyle needs
• Recommend Nike footwear, apparel, and accessories to meet performance and style goals
• Maintain product knowledge on features, technology, and latest releases
• Execute visual merchandising, product displays, and in-store storytelling to Nike standards
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Support inventory tasks, including stocking, replenishment, and product organization
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and inclusive store environment
• Collaborate with teammates to hit individual and store sales targets
• Engage customers with Nike digital tools, loyalty programs, and omnichannel services
• Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and experiences
