CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST: YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll spend your day engaging guests in thoughtful conversations, walking them through the Outlander and Outlander PHEV, highlighting advanced technology and sustainability features, answering real questions without pressure, coordinating test-drive appointments with the dealership team, maintaining visual excellence in the showroom, and collecting customer insights that help refine and elevate the overall experience.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Preferred candidates bring experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or brand education. Bonus consideration is given for experience with electric or hybrid vehicles, experience in experiential retail, or strong enthusiasm for future mobility.

YOUR HOURS

This automotive product specialty position follows a retail schedule with hours Monday through Sunday. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and candidates must be flexible for evenings, weekends, and peak shopping hours.
