City Auto Murfreesboro is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist in Antioch, TN, offering full-time or part-time schedules at our new Mitsubishi boutique inside Tanger Outlets Nashville. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST: YOUR ROLEAs a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll spend your day engaging guests in thoughtful conversations, walking them through the Outlander and Outlander PHEV, highlighting advanced technology and sustainability features, answering real questions without pressure, coordinating test-drive appointments with the dealership team, maintaining visual excellence in the showroom, and collecting customer insights that help refine and elevate the overall experience.

Preferred candidates bring experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or brand education. Bonus consideration is given for experience with electric or hybrid vehicles, experience in experiential retail, or strong enthusiasm for future mobility.

YOUR HOURSThis automotive product specialty position follows a retail schedule with hours Monday through Sunday. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and candidates must be flexible for evenings, weekends, and peak shopping hours.
