The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while helping achieve sales goals. This customer-focused role supports Ralph Lauren brand standards, store initiatives, and a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities- Drive sales by engaging customers and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly business goals.
- Use available shopping tools and technologies to improve product discovery and purchasing options.
- Build customer relationships and support clienteling through networking and ongoing engagement.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards, participate in team training, and share feedback with management.
- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
- Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
- Stand, walk, and move for extended periods; lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Operate a register and work throughout the sales floor, stockroom, dressing room, cashwrap, and office.
