Reporting to the Area sales manager Distribution, you will be responsible of a dedicated Customer Portfolio or a sub region within Europe, Middle East and Africa area. You will promote and sell Stepan's products to potential customers within their specified territory, either directly or through Distributors, in line with company standards, and ensuring all sales targets are met.
Main responsibilities :
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent in either chemistry or Business-related area.
- Must have 5 to 10 years' experience in selling surfactants or technical solutions. At ease with technical related matters. Preferably know the markets. ( HI&I, personal care, homecare)
- Diplomacy and experience of handling sales contracts would be an advantage.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Experience of synthesising market information into future business plan
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business.
- Fluent in English, other languages spoken within their territory desirable
The position is based in Grenoble or Paris.
